RETURN POLICY?

At Heirmane Hair, we take pride in providing premium-quality products. Due to the nature of our items, all sales are final. However, we will gladly assist you in the rare case that your item arrives defective.

If you receive a defective product, please contact us at contact@heirmanehairco.com within 7 days of purchase, including your order details and clear images of the defect.

Once your return request is received, our team will carefully review the information and notify you via email within 2 business days regarding your eligibility for a replacement.

If approved, we will issue a replacement:

  • If the item is in stock, it will be shipped within 1 business day after confirmation.

  • If the item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you via email with an estimated restock and shipping timeframe.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY?

At Heirmane Hair, we are committed to delivering your luxury experience with care and efficiency.

All orders require 24 hours for processing before shipment. Once your order has been prepared, it will be shipped promptly.

Shipping is handled via USPS, with an estimated delivery time of 2–7 business days for all orders.

Please note that processing and shipping times do not include weekends or holidays.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER?

Once your item(s) have shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. You can use this tracking number to check your shipment status at USPS.com/tracking.

The email address you provide for order processing, will be used to send you information and
